what is this C:\users\Al\AppData\roaming\svhost .exe
When I startup my computer i get this in a black box with all kinds data in it

The Windows file is located here: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe Make a full scan with an AntiVirus Scanner like Microsoft Security Essentials and also scan your PC with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. You can but it'll just appear again. Take Andre's advice and run the scanners.

I just booted up my computer again to see if I was right the correct file is C:\users\Al\AppData\roaming\svchost.exe this is what I am seeing sorry my eyes are old and tired

That's all right, we all make tiepo... tipo... typoe... mistakes. It's still malware though, svchost.exe is never run from a user directory. Malwarebytes can be found here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/. If at all possible you should run it twice - first in Safe Mode so that the bad files won't be loaded and running (maybe) when it tries to clean them, then again in Normal Mode so that it can inspect your user registry and remove any references to the bad files.
